Speakflow Affiliate Program Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for the Speakflow Affiliate Program by CG3 Media LLC, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"). CG3 Media LLC reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Program, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Program after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

2. Account Terms

• You must be 18 years or older to be part of this Program.
• You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. CG3 Media LLC cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
• You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs under your account.

3. Links/graphics on your site, in your emails, or other communications

Once you have signed up for the Affiliate Program, you will be assigned a unique affiliate code. You are permitted to place links, banners, or other graphics we provide with your affiliate code on your site, in your emails, or in other communications. We will provide you with guidelines, link styles, and graphical artwork to use in linking to Speakflow. We may change the design of the artwork at any time without notice, but we won’t change the dimensions of the images without proper notice.

4. Referral fees/commissions and payment

• For a sale to generate a commission to an Affiliate, the customer must complete the order form and make full payment for the service. Commissions will only be paid on sales that are made when the customer clicks through qualified, correctly structured Affiliate links. Properly coded links are the sole responsibility of the affiliate.
• Payment schedules will be determined by CG3 Media LLC, but typically will be within 90 days.
• Commissions can be viewed on the Affiliate Dashboard.

5. Restrictions on Promotion

• Affiliates are prohibited from advertising Speakflow products on ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads, or any other online advertising service.
• Affiliates are not permitted to use domain names containing 'Speakflow' or any misleading variations thereof in any username, group name, or identifier on any social media network.
• Affiliates are not allowed to create any items for resale or promotional use that contain any CG3 Media LLC or Speakflow trademarks without explicit written permission.

6. Liability

CG3 Media LLC will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of "intents of harm" to the Program or our website. We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the Affiliate Program and/or products sold at this site. We make no claim that the operation of the Affiliate Program and our website will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

7. Term of the Agreement

The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Affiliate application and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.

8. Miscellaneous

Your participation in the program is solely as an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement shall create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between you and CG3 Media LLC.

By signing up for the Speakflow Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. You have independently evaluated this program and are not relying on any representation, guarantee, or statement other than as set forth in this agreement.
